SDG Evening Worship

Tenebrae Service

Friday, April 7, 7:00 PM

Remember the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ in this service of darkness, quiet mourning and somber reflection. From Latin, the word Tenebrae means “darkness” and commemorates the final hours of our Lord’s life on earth as he suffered death upon the cross. Our Sanctuary Choir, organ, string quartet, oboe, and readers will lead us through this moving account of the Passion of Christ.
