Walk-in registrations are permitted for children as room allows throughout the week of VBS.
Wanted: Enthusiastic VBS students and helpers K-9th to sing for the offertory at the 8 and 11 AM services on July 27th.
Students must be available for a brief rehearsal after VBS on Wednesday, July 23rd. Singers will also need to arrive at church to rehearse at 7:20 AM on the 27th. Students will be done by 11:30 AM.
Glimmer for Street Kids
Kore, is one of the poorest communities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is known as a trash-dump community because it is literally built on and around the city’s main trash dump. Glimmer for Street Kids recognizes that every child has a name, value, vision, and destiny. Their mission is to provide a community-based approach to alleviate the socio-economic problems of vulnerable children and families in the Kore community.
Just $41 will supply a student with a school uniform, backpack, school supplies, a hygiene kit, and sports clothes for physical education. Every dollar helps!
